Subdivision will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Magnolia Parkway Elementary School Cafeteria located at 11745 FM 1488 and we hope to see you there!

• Proposed deed restriction amendment  to Section 12

• Election of (3) Directors - if you would like to nominate someone, please let a board member know

• 1488 / Country Forest intersection update

If you can't attend in person, please submit the attached proxy so a qualified Board member can vote on your behalf. A quorum is required to conduct business, and all voting will follow Article 9 of the bylaws.

Mail your completed proxy to Country Forest West at P.O. Box 184, Magnolia, TX 77353 no later than April 30,2025 or leave it with a member of the Board of Directors provided below.

Please remember that your assessments must be paid in full through 2025 in order to exercise

your vote.

As provided by the bylaws, the Annual Meeting of the Members of Country Forest West Subdivision will be held on Saturday May 11, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Magnolia Parkway Elementary School Cafeteria located at 1745 Farm to Market Rd 1488, Magnolia, TX 77354.

Agenda items for this meeting include:

1. Election of Officers. Four positions are open for election with four members willing to continue their term, however any nominations are welcome at the meeting.

2.  Amendments of Deed Restrictions

3.  Any additional business up for discussion.

If you cannot attend in person, we ask that you complete and return the attached proxy so a qualified voting member of Country Forest West CIA Board of Directors may represent your vote.  We must have enough members present, either in person or by proxy or order to conduct business.
